The shelter that she was taken to had her on schedule to be put to sleep on her ninth birthday. She is totally deaf, but totally sweet! When she is happy to see us, she folds herself into a little ball and runs around the house. No one would ever guess that she is 9! It’s terrible that there are so many dogs and cats just as sweet as Luci being put down at shelters every day.
