most of you probably know that i took some time off for the last couple weeks, well im back to business now! chris and i got married on aug 16th and then went to vermont to relax for a little while. the wedding was so much fun, and so was the honeymoon. everyone’s been asking me who my photographer was going to be. well, we decided to go with the super-talented allan zepeda from nyc (www.allanzepeda.com) , who sometimes second shoots with me! he did a wonderful job!!

the wedding was really fun and intimate, and just what we were hoping for. my mom sewed my beautiful dress - without a pattern! she worked on it for months in her spare time, and finished it the morning of the wedding!! My aunt did all the flower arrangements, and the house looked stunning. making the whole thing extra-special, the ceremony was officiated by our close friend, ayala, who actually had a hand in getting us together 7 years ago. all our friends and family were so helpful in getting everything ready, i love them so much, and i owe them big time!

i want to say thank you to jhylda and carlos for being so welcoming to chris and I, and treating us like their own guests at their wedding. you can tell these two are really meant for each other, and are just so happy together. the ceremony was really emotional, and the party afterwards was so much fun! the seasons is always beautiful for a daytime wedding, and this time was no different.

i actually had tears in my eyes watching carlos as he sees his bride for the first time! i know, im such a sap.

he totally needed a shot for his nerves before the ceremony!

we had a really nice time at jen and seans wedding at the trenton country club. it was pretty hot though, and the club’s swimming pool was looking pretty inviting! these two are really sweet, and it was great to be able to spend the day with them.
